This cottage is located on the Julianastraat 39A Egmond aan zee
300 meters from the beach and you can walk in 5 minutes to the centre with lots of nice shops and restaurants.
The cottage has a nice outdoor area with a lot off sun, so you can sit outside the hole day.

The cottage has a nice living room with kitchen, a tv corner with comfortable sofa and dining table.
Fully equipped kitchen,
Badroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Two bedrooms:

• Room 1 has a double bed and wardrobe
• Room 2 has 3 singel beds.

Rental includes clean linen and towels
There is also a parking card available for 1 car!!
